Coach Luis Nuñez has have been fencing since 2000, he was in in the Venezuelan national team in cadet junior and adult category. He was the south American, Pan-American and centroamerican champion. He worked as a coach in Venezuela with cadet and junior category and 5 years as a national coach in Chile in junior and adult category and he also worked in a school with children . In the time that he was with the national team he went to the Olympics games in Tokyo, The team placed 6th places in a junior team World Cup, junior Pan-American champions and 5 times in a road South American champions.
